DOSAGE:

1-4 dropperfuls in a shot glass. First timers may want to mix this dosage half and half with water. Whether you dilute it or take it straight, gargle with it for a minute and then swallow.

Actually, it also happens to be the world's greatest tasting salad dressing when mixed with a little virgin olive oil. The following is my personal favorite way to take it: In a shot glass or small cup, put 3 or 4 dropperfuls of SuperTonic and 8 dropperfuls of Echinacea Plus. Add about an ounce of fresh squeezed apple juice. Gargle and swallow. I do this about every hour when I feel out of sorts. In the clinic, this kept me going when my sickest patients were coughing, sneezing and even vomiting on me.
